HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

One hour. Session usually end a few minutes early to leave time to wrap up and schedule next session.

DO YOU USE FREUDIAN OR JUNGIAN ANALYSIS TECHNIQUES?

I use Object Relations which is connected to Freud. That theory looks at your relationship with your caregivers and how it influenced you/current relationships. Bowen Therapy can be seen as a relational psychodynamic therapy (Freudian).
